Xun Tang

Xun joined PwC since 1995 and became a partner in the Transaction Services Group in 2007. He has been full time working in M&A since 2005, and has worked in both China and the UK.

Xun has undertaken 200+ projects including buy-side due diligence for foreign investments in China and China domestic transactions. He is also experienced in providing M&A related advisory services on sell side including vendor assistance and negotiation support. 

The deals Xun involved in the past seven years covered broad range of industries, including: agriculture, automotive, consumer goods, food & beverage, industrial products, medical and pharmaceuticals, pulp & forestry, real estate, retail and etc. Xun’s clients include leading private equity firms, Fortune 500 multinational companies and leading Chinese companies. 

Xun is a Certified Public Accountant in China and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
