Vincent Jiang

Vincent is a Partner with the Risk Assurance Practice at PwC China based in Shanghai. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of internal controls, internal audit and risk management, including one year with the Sydney office in PwC Australia.

Vincent has been providing services to central or local state owned enterprises in risk management, internal control and internal audit areas for long time. The client’s industries he serviced includes real estate, construction, shipping, pharmaceutical, investment, etc. 
In addition, Vincent is an expert in risk management area for construction project. Together with his professional team , he has provided risk management and internal control related advisory or internal audit services to many reputable companies.

Vincent holds certificates of International Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and is a member of the China Institute of Internal Audit.
