Vincent Cheuk

Vincent is a Hong Kong and US CPA. He has been working with our Beijing office since 1995.

He has deep experience in advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies in resolving complex business, operational, accounting and tax issues.

Vincent also has 29 years of experience in delivering a variety of services to high growth enterprises, most of which were portfolio companies of private equity funds. His experience includes assisting companies to go public in Hong Kong or US, PRC statutory audits, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and international accounting reviews services. Vincent has rich knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS, HK FRS and PRC GAAP.
