TC Chan

TC is a US tax partner of PwC Hong Kong. 

TC has extensive experience in providing US and international tax consulting and compliance services to multinational companies and asset management clients. She spent two years as a senior manager on secondment to PwC US International Tax team, with a focus on serving venture capital fund clients. 

TC has worked with a broad variety of clients including private equity and hedge funds, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, manufacturing and retail companies, and biotech companies. She has advised her clients on tax-efficient holding structures for both inbound and outbound investments, merger and acquisition transactions, pre-IPO group restructurings, tax-free reorganisations, and investment exit alternatives. 

TC graduated summa cum laude (with the highest distinction) from the University of Southern California with a bachelor degree in business administration and accounting. She is also a US Certified Public Accountant licensed in California.
