Stephen is a US tax partner of PwC Hong Kong.
Stephen has extensive experience in providing US tax compliance and advisory services to investment funds, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, e-commerce companies and multinationals corporations.
Stephen advises clients on a diverse range of US tax matters, such as tax-efficient holding structures, tax planning opportunities for the US inbound and outbound investments, compensation planning, debt financing, repatriation and exit strategies, sales and use tax, US tax compliance and withholding requirements, as well as FATCA and CRS compliance.
Stephen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in the US. He is a licensed US Certified Public Accountant and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
