China South Advisory Leader, PwC Hong Kong
Sam Sze is the China South Advisory Leader for PwC Hong Kong, overseeing various teams including transaction services, Delivery Deal Value (DDV), valuation, corporate finance, consulting, and business recovery service in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
Sam has over 30 years of experience in providing business advisory and assurance services to global and local private equity clients. Sam’s clients range from private equity houses, to portfolio companies in various sectors such as manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications, entertainment and media, as well as private equity and asset management.
Since becoming a partner in 2006, he has led a wide range of engagements, including assurance, due diligence review, internal control review, and investigation projects. He also focuses on providing assurance and post-deal integration advice to private equity-backed investments. Over the past two decades, Sam has advised a large number of global private equity firms in their deal structuring, post deal monitoring and exit process.
Sam also specialises in capital markets and initial project offering (IPO) engagements. He has successfully led several large-scale Hong Kong and US IPO engagements.
Sam is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
