Roger Luo

Roger Luo is an Assurance partner of PwC China, based in Beijing. He graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics of China in 1993. Roger has been a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) since1995 and has obtained the CICPA securities license in 1998. He served as a member of the fourth and fifth M&A committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), and began to serve as a director of the Fifth Council of China Association of Chief Financial Officers in 2013. In 2017, he became a senior member of CICPA.

Roger provides audit, consulting and due diligence services for many IPO companies, listed companies, multinational corporations and foreign-invested enterprises. He has rich experience in enterprise restructuring, IPO, M&A, reverse acquisition, internal control and management improvement.

He has led and participated in IPO and annual audit of overseas or domestic listings of many large and medium-sized Chinese enterprises. He has also supported a number of large and medium-sized Chinese enterprises of their joint-stock transformation, domestic and overseas listings.

His clients cover many industries, such as retail, automobile, transportation, technology, media and telecommunications, energy, real estate, engineering and construction, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, manufacturing, etc.
