Raphael Chu

Raphael is the Real Estate Industry Lead Partner at PwC Hong Kong. Raphael has over 25 years of experience providing assurance and business advisory services focusing on key sectors including real estate, construction and engineering as well as infrastructure in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He supports his clients by utilising the latest insights and knowledge and places utmost emphasis on service quality. His rich experience in dealing with different capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, group restructurings, major transactions, and bond issues, ensures he is a comprehensive and adaptive leader.

Outside of work, he devotes himself to community services including being the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Dance Company and a member of the Accounting Advisory Board of the Business School, the University of Hong Kong.
