Phoebe Lee

Phoebe is a partner in the Valuation & Advisory Services practice based in Hong Kong and has more than twenty years of experience in providing valuation services including business enterprise, equity and intangible asset valuation for the purposes of merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, disputes resolution, accounting and tax reporting. The clients included both local and international in the industries of insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, power, transportation, and financial institutions, etc. In addition, Phoebe also assists clients in the construction and review of financial models for project financing purposes.

Phoebe is a frequent speaker in delivering presentations to both audit and non-audit clients. She was one of the speakers for events organised by Hong Kong Venture Capital Association, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, etc. Phoebe is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
