Neil Sutton

Neil Sutton is a senior Corporate Finance Partner who leads the Corporate Finance team in Asia-Pacific. Over the past 3 years, the PwC Asia-Pacific team has consistently ranked first* in the league tables based on deal volume.

He has personally completed over 90 transactions as a lead adviser, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions advice. His expertise lies particularly in evaluating consumer brands. 

Neil possesses extensive knowledge of B2C businesses, including food and beverage, personal care, home and lifestyle, specialty retail and consumer health. 

Prior to his current role in Hong Kong, Neil held a global position of responsibility for the Consumer Sector in the Deals business and led the UK Corporate Finance team.
