Mike Li

Mike has over 17 years of experiences in business transformation including IT strategic planning, business process re-engineering, large scale business transformation and SAP implementation for various industries across Asia Pacific region. For instance, Mike acted as the Project Manager to lead the regional template design and SAP implementation for headquarter and roll-out for regional offices with localisation for Modern Terminals in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mike also led the business process re-engineering on cargo operations and business support on system implementation for a leading global airline and cargo operators.
