Michael Ma

Michael Ma is a Tax Partner with PwC China. He has over 15 years of specialist tax experience in China.

Over the years, Michael has accumulated extensive knowledge while providing tax and business consultation to a wide spectrum of multinational companies in China. His services include corporate restructuring on holding and trading structures, tax and operational compliance review and advice, mergers and acquisitions support, as well as tax due diligence service in relation to clients’ potential investments in China.

He also have vast experience in doing corporate restructuring work for MNCs, with successful outcomes in the past three years covering the Shanghai, Jiangsu and other provinces in China.

Michael is also a frequent speaker at tax symposium and seminars in China.  

Michael received his Bachelor degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Tax Agents.
