Marc Li

With over 15 years of experience in PwC including secondments in Hong Kong and the US, Marc has served a number of large scale multinational enterprise clients including both Asia Pacific and North America headquartered companies and well developed project management skills in particular for those projects covering multiple regions and countries.

Since joining in PwC, Marc has been specialising in transfer pricing practice and gained deep transfer pricing knowledge from China, Hong Kong and the US.  He assisted clients in global transfer pricing restructuring and planning, and cost sharing arrangement between the US and Europe.

He is experienced in serving clients in TMT, logistics, real estate and manufacturing industry.  He had participated in the successful listing of a number of clients in online game, education, financial services, electronics, and apparel and accessories on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Marc holds the Master Degree in Business Administration of European Affairs and is a member of the Certified Tax Agents Association of China.
