Linjun Shen

Linjun is currently a partner with the tax division of PwC Shanghai. During the course of her professional career, she has been actively involved in providing tax and business consultations as well as accounting & payroll outsourcing services to clients in their various investment stages in China. She has developed extensive knowledge in serving clients in various industries, including hi-tech industries, manufacturing, trading & distribution, pharmaceutical, shipping, logistic, etc.

Linjun has extensive experience in the following areas:

• Assist multinational clients ("MNCs") in structuring plan and establishing business presence in China, including holding company, commercial enterprise, logistics & shipping company, R&D centre, etc.
• Provide total business solutions to MNCs on their daily operation, with service coverage ranges from advising on the solutions to putting them into practice, in particular to provide advice from PRC tax and business regulatory perspectives as well as render implementation support.
• Provide various outsourcing solutions to MNCs from diversified industries by leveraging accumulated extensive experiences in PRC tax, accounting and payroll areas.
• Help clients to apply for preferential treatments with the Chinese government from both tax and other regulatory perspectives, including assist the clients in formulating negotiation strategies.

Linjun joined the Firm after receiving her Bachelor degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University. She currently has more than 18 years of experiences in providing Chinese tax and business advisory services.

She is a Chinese Certified Tax Agent and a fellow member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
