Lilian Lam

Lilian is a US tax partner of PwC Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in providing US tax advisory and compliance services to clients in the asset and wealth management industry, which include hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and sovereign wealth funds. She advises her clients on a broad range of US tax issues, including fund formation, compensation arrangements, tax due diligence, acquisition and divestment planning, tax and FATCA/CRS compliance. 

Outside of asset and wealth management, Lilian has been providing personal tax and trust planning for high net-worth individuals. She also advises private and listed companies in various industries, including consumer and industrial products, real estate, entertainment and transportation, on their US inbound and outbound investments, corporate restructuring, withholding tax and reporting matters.

Lilian received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and also holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. She is a US Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
