Leon Qian

Leon Qian joined PwC in 1995 and is now our Mainland China and HK Deals Domestic Market Leader and Mainland China and HK Healthcare Deals Leader.

Prior to joining the transaction services team, Leon worked in PwC’s assurance department.

He has provided business advisory and audit services to several foreign investment enterprises with established operations in China, and to more than 30 Chinese state-owned companies seeking initial public offerings in China and overseas capital markets.

Leon’s transaction services experience includes providing financial due diligence and advisory service to both private equity and strategic buyers for inbound acquisitions, advising domestic companies for placement and fund raising, providing financial due diligence and advisory services to domestic companies for outbound acquisitions.

In 2003, Leon participated Genesis Park, a PwC global leadership programme, in Washington D.C.

Leon has extensive industry experience in China automotive, infrastructure, consumer products, retail and agricultural processing.
