Jonathan Chan

Jonathan Chan is a Partner at the Valuation Advisory Services Team of PwC based in Hong Kong. He specialises in advising clients on valuations of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments, preparation and review of financial models, as well as M&A transactions. He also has experience in advising clients on litigation support assignments. Jonathan has 15 years of professional experience in PwC. He has extensive experience in various industries including financial services, real estate, infrastructure, retail, logistics, pharmaceutical in Hong Kong and China as well as other overseas countries.

Jonathan was graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is also a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
