John Bian joined PwC China in 2005 and has nearly 14 years’ working experience, including a one-year secondment in 2010 to Tokyo office of PwC Japan. He is a tax partner in Shanghai office of PwC China, specialised in Transfer Pricing relevant services.
He has rich experience on different kinds of transfer pricing services including advice on group transfer pricing policy, risk assessment, tax dispute solutions, APA applications, and transfer pricing compliance to multiple national companies.

- Assist a famous multinational company in consumer products industry in Bilateral advanced pricing arrangement applications.
- Advise group structure and pricing policies of inter-company service arrangement for a China leading company in on-line traveling industry.
- Cooperate with Japan headquarters as well as China local entities to provide multiple transfer pricing services including audit defence, royalty outbound payment arrangement, High Technology Expertise risk assessment, transfer pricing documentation, etc. to several major Japan auto parts group entities.

- Master Degree of Japanese Culture, Peking University
- Professional qualifications: Chinese Certified Tax Accountant issued by State Administration of Taxation
