• Jessica has over 10 years of experience in tax and transfer pricing consulting with a focus on financial services industry and financial transactions. She has served major foreign banks in China, insurance companies and fund managers.
• As one of the core members of China financial services transfer pricing, Jessica has helped many foreign financial institutions with their transfer pricing issues in China, and accumulated extensive experiences on a diverse range of issues, including development of transfer pricing policy for investment management fee, headquarter service allocation, intercompany loan pricing, cash pooling, guarantee fee, and etc. Jessica has also helped companies in the banking, real estate, and insurance industries to prepare contemporaneous transfer pricing compliance documentation.
• Apart from financial services transfer pricing, Jessica has also assisted with companies in other industries such as pharmaceutical, industrial, retail and consumer in their transfer pricing issues, and accumulated experiences in advising multinationals in setting up their transfer pricing policy, optimizing tax structure, risk assessment reviews, transfer pricing defense strategies and bilateral advanced pricing arrangement.
