Dora Song

Dora started her professional career since 1995. She is a Partner of PwC China focusing on Assurance practice, and also the Mainland China Telecommunications Leader.

Dora has extensive experience for providing services to Chinese companies in the areas of overseas listing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. She is a subject matter expert in Chinese Accounting Standards, IFRS and US GAAP, and experienced in international and local accounting and auditing practice. She has served many Chinese companies through initial public offering at domestic, Hong Kong, and US capital markets. She is also specialised in SOX and C-SOX, which set the compliance framework of internal control over financial reporting for US listing companies and PRC listing companies respectively. She is the engagement leader responsible for annual audit services for many large multi-national companies, and providing merger and acquisition consulting services, due diligence services, as well as internal control consulting services to many clients.

Dora is also a senior member of CICPA and FCPA of CPA Australia.
