Daphne Su

Daphne is a corporate tax partner based in Shanghai specialising in M&A tax and corporate tax structuring.

Daphne has been advising multinational companies doing business in China as well as PRC domestic enterprises since 1996. She has extensive experience in helping clients selecting appropriate investment structures and optimised operation models to achieve and maximise tax efficiencies.

Daphne also provides tax and general business advisory services relating to cross-border transactions/reorganizations, M&A tax due diligence, structuring advice and negotiation support. Her clients include financial investors and multinational corporations operating in different industry sectors, including the pharmaceutical, renewable energy, retail and consumer products, industrial manufacturing and high tech sectors.

Daphne completed a two-year tour of duty assignment in PwC’s Los Angeles office.

Daphne is a member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Certified Tax Agent in China.
