Colin Shaftesley

Colin Shaftesley is a partner with PwC Hong Kong's financial services practice. With over 30 years of significant experience of working with senior executives of securities houses, banks and asset management, in respect of audits, internal control reviews, fraud investigations, registration matters and regulations in Hong Kong.

Colin has extensive experience in auditing companies registered with both the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He is familiar with the business of exchanges having assisted the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Group to list and been the audit partner and has also done a large number of projects with the Securities and Futures Commission which included a two year secondment with the commission.

Colin is currently a Director of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
