Charlotte Hui

Charlotte is experienced in providing professional services to clients in financial service industry in Hong Kong and countries within the Asia Pacific region. She has more than 20 years of auditing and advisory experience. In addition to providing auditing services, she was co-leading the private equity and ESG strategies, advising clients on accounting, regulatory and compliance, business operations and internal control.  

She is experienced in serving asset and wealth management clients including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and alternative asset managers. She covers both global and Chinese alternative asset management enterprises as well as traditional asset management businesses of multinational financial institutions. She has assisted US and Chinese asset managers to set up alternative investment platform in China, Hong Kong and overseas. In addition, she has overseas working experience in global insurance and asset management companies. Charlotte went on secondment exchange to specialize her interests in asset management and insurance industry in Canada in 2006, and back to Hong Kong in 2008. 

Charlotte is a practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also a frequent speaker at industry events.
