Alvin Bao

Alvin is a partner in the Transaction Services Group in Shanghai. He has been specialized in mergers & acquisitions since 1999, including two years on secondment to PwC Chicago. 

He has been involved in a wide range of Transaction Services, both for the multinational companies investing in China and domestic clients in diverse industries such as consumer and industrial products, pharmaceuticals, retail, manufacturing and technology. He has delivered various advisory services mostly throughout the entire M&A process for over 200 deals, such as market entry, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, vendor service, negotiation support and special investigation and post deal integration. 

Alvin is a Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) in China and received his bachelor degree in economics from Fudan University, China.
