Ali Tse is a transfer pricing partner in the Financial Services Tax group of PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. Before joining PwC, Ali spent 10 years working for another Big 4 accounting firm in London and in Hong Kong, with a focus on Asia Pacific regional transfer pricing. Ali has assisted both inbound and outbound multinational corporations with transfer pricing defence and compliance documentation, planning and economic analyses, and risk assessments. Ali has been involved in a wide variety of transfer pricing projects, including: transfer pricing policy design, development and implementation; local documentation; coordination of global documentation projects; risk reviews and feasibility studies relating to financial transactions and intangibles; and M&A experience for both private equity and corporate buyers and vendors extracting value from optimising transfer pricing and minimising risk in the pre-deal, transactional due diligence and post deal integration phases of corporate acquisitions.
Ali is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has an MA (Hons) from Trinity College, Cambridge University.
