Adams Chan

Adams is a Partner of the Financial Services Risk and Regulation Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong with over 20 years of professional experience. He specialises in providing regulatory advisory services to financial institutions in Hong Kong, including corporate and retail banks, private banks and wealth managers, investment banks, brokerage houses, fund managers and insurance companies, and has extensive experience in advising those institutions on risk, controls, governance and compliance matters pertinent to the rules and regulations in Hong Kong. In this connection, Adams has undertaken a significant number of advisory projects (both regulator and client-driven) for financial institutions on different subject matters covering, inter alia, application of licensing approvals, internal controls and compliance reviews, Financial Crime Compliance, remediation of regulatory breaches, and development of policies and procedures. 

Adams holds a LLM in International Corporate and Financial Law.
