In the closing weeks of 2009, the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department issued DIPN 46, their second (and more significant) practice note on transfer pricing in nine months. We shared with you key aspects of the new practice note, offered our views on what it means and what we consider taxpayers should be doing in response.
