Stacy is a partner of PwC China based in Shanghai. She has over 25 years of professional and in-house experience in international taxes, accounting and human resources functions. She has in-depth knowledge of managing global mobility programs for tax services, relocation, immigration and assignment cost estimates.
Stacy started her career in Hong Kong and California with another Big 4. She then gained her international experience by working for MNCs in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States. She relocated to China in 2005. Her industry experience included manufacturing, hi-tech, software and consulting.
Stacy brings value to the IAS team with her extensive experience in providing international taxes and human resources planning and advisory services to MNCs on cross-border assignments in areas of international assignment policy, program administration, equity compensation planning as well as best practices.
She is a frequent speaker in Hong Kong and China on international assignment and equity compensation issues.
Stacy holds a M.B.A. from University of Baltimore and a B.A. in Economics from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
