||Lukia Xing, a partner of the People & Organisation Consulting Practice of PwC China. Lukia has extensive experience in the areas of governance and organizational design, HR strategy and operating models, performance and reward system design, talent management and change management.|
Lukia has worked for the Human Resources Transaction Services (HRTS) practice within the Transaction Services Group in PwC Chicago, Illinois. In addition to HR consulting, Lukia is also focusing on advising clients on the HR issues involved in mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and other similar transactions. Lukia has worked with a number of strategic and financial buyer clients in China and North America.
Lukia has published numerous articles on HR issues in publications such as Chief Executive China, CFO World, TopCapital, Global Entrepreneurs and Tsinghua Business Review.
Lukia obtained her Master of Business Administration from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. She is a Global Remuneration Professional certified by WorldatWork, and is also a faculty member of WorldatWork to teach GRP course.
