He specializes in advising on the China and Hong Kong inbound / outbound assignment related matters, including tax compliance risks and advisory on cross-border taxation, expatriate cost management, tax planning / structuring strategies, reward and compensation design, tax audit defence, social security, forex, immigration etc. Jacky is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
